Established in May 2007, Parth Electricals & Engineering Limited began as a service-oriented firm and gradually transformed into a manufacturing company specialising in electrical equipment. It offers MV switchgear panels, VCB panels, Earth Link Boxes, CRPs, and CSS, along with turnkey services for AIS and GIS up to 220kV. The company also undertakes HV and EHV cable laying projects. With a manufacturing unit in Vadodara, it is ISO-certified and caters to clients like Aditya Birla, RIL, Tata Power, and exports globally to international markets.
Parth Electricals & Engineering Limited is launching a book-built IPO comprising 29.25 lakh equity shares, entirely offered as a fresh issue. The subscription window for the IPO will open on 4 August 2025 and close on 6 August 2025. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on 7 August 2025, with the tentative listing scheduled on NSE SME for 11 August 2025. The price band for the issue is yet to be announced. Horizon Management Private Limited is serving as the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the issue.
