About S.K.Offset Limited

Incorporated in February 2007, S.K.Offset Limited provides integrated printing and packaging solutions. The company began with offset printing and expanded into printing, packaging and labelling services. Its offerings include books, textbooks, brochures, catalogues, stationery, cartons, boxes, stickers and product labels. It also provides digital design services, including packaging artwork and print-ready files. The company undertakes designing, graphics, lithography and publication-related activities. Its integrated operations allow customers to source multiple products from one supplier. S.K.Offset serves customers across multiple industries and has an in-house production and operational structure. As of the RHP date, it had approximately 111 employees.

S.K.Offset Limited IPO is a bookbuilding issue of ₹29.06 crore, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 23,25,000 shares.
