Innoterra Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI on June 29, 2026 for a Book Built Issue IPO comprising a Fresh Issue of up to ₹1,050.00 million and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 70,55,315 equity shares. InCred Capital Wealth Portfolio Managers Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager, and KFin Technologies Limited is the Registrar to the Offer.
