Mumbai, Aug 21: The primary market is set for a busy final week of August, with a mix of mainboard and SME initial public offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open between August 24 and August 27. The companies are collectively looking to raise more than ₹3,300 crore through fresh issues and offers for sale, according to the IPO details provided in the source material. 

The upcoming IPO calendar includes Skyways Air Services, Hy-Tech Engineers, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Annu Projects, Lumino Industries, ABH Healthcare, Madhur Knit Crafts and Sumax Engineering. The issues span sectors including logistics, engineering, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, power equipment, healthcare and textiles. 

₹582.80 Crore Skyways Air Services IPO to Open on August 24 

Skyways Air Services will open its ₹582.80 crore IPO for subscription on August 24 and close the issue on August 27. The book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 2.89 crore shares worth ₹398.80 crore and an offer for sale of 1.33 crore shares worth ₹184 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹131-₹138 per share, with a lot size of 100 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application amounts to ₹13,800. 

The company is a logistics and freight-forwarding player with operations spanning air and ocean freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing, customs broking and technology-enabled cargo and parcel delivery. It has also developed technology platforms for freight booking, shipment tracking, workflow automation and documentation. 

The IPO is proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with September 1, 2026 set as the tentative listing date. 

₹135.73 Crore Hy-Tech Engineers IPO Sets ₹50-₹53 Price Band 

Hy-Tech Engineers is also scheduled to open on August 24 and close on August 27. The IPO has a total issue size of ₹135.73 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares aggregating ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of 1.43 crore shares aggregating ₹75.73 crore. The price band is ₹50-₹53 per share and the lot size is 283 shares, taking the minimum retail application to ₹14,999 at the upper price. 

Hy-Tech Engineers manufactures hydraulic fittings for industrial applications and has a portfolio of more than 11,000 SKUs. Its products are supplied to sectors including construction machinery, automotive, agricultural machinery, injection moulding and hydraulic systems. The company also has an international presence across markets including the US, Belgium, Poland, Brazil, Italy, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Germany. 

The shares are proposed to list on the BSE and NSE, with September 1 as the tentative listing date. 

₹1,757 Crore Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO Becomes Largest Issue in the Line-up 

Symbiotec Pharmalab is set to launch the largest IPO among the issues covered in the source material, with an issue size of ₹1,757 crore. The IPO will open on August 24 and close on August 27. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 15.21 lakh shares worth ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of 1.63 crore shares worth ₹1,607 crore. 

The price band has been fixed at ₹938-₹988 per share, while the lot size is 15 shares. At the upper price, the minimum retail application works out to ₹14,820. The company is seeking a listing on both the BSE and NSE, with September 1 marked as the tentative listing date. 

Symbiotec Pharmalab operates in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology space, manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients, nutritional ingredients and specialty products. The company has approvals from regulatory organisations including the US FDA and EU-GMP authorities and operates industrial-scale manufacturing facilities. 

₹175.06 Crore Annu Projects IPO to Open on August 25 

Annu Projects will open its ₹175.06 crore IPO on August 25, with subscription closing on August 28. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares. Its price band is ₹94-₹99 per share and the lot size is 151 shares, requiring a minimum retail application of ₹14,949 at the upper end of the band. 

The company operates as an engineering, procurement and construction player focused on overhead and underground utilities infrastructure. Its business spans telecom infrastructure, sewerage infrastructure and gas pipelines. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 23 ongoing projects with a reported value of ₹19,593.48 million. 

Annu Projects is scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE, with September 2 as the tentative listing date. 

₹53.40 Crore Sumax Engineering IPO to Run Alongside Annu Projects 

Sumax Engineering will also open its IPO on August 25 and close on August 28. The SME issue is valued at ₹53.40 crore and consists of a fresh issue of 0.43 crore shares worth ₹43.34 crore and an offer for sale of 0.10 crore shares worth ₹10.06 crore. 

The price band has been fixed at ₹95-₹101 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. The upper price implies a minimum application amount of ₹1.21 lakh for one lot. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform, with September 2 as the tentative listing date. 

₹700 Crore Lumino Industries IPO to Open on August 27 

Lumino Industries will enter the primary market on August 27 with a ₹700 crore IPO. Subscription will remain open until August 31. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 6.10 crore shares aggregating ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of 2.44 crore shares aggregating ₹200 crore. 

The price band is ₹78-₹82 per share, while the lot size is 182 shares. At the upper price, a retail investor would need ₹14,924 for one lot. The company is proposed to list on the BSE and NSE on September 3. 

Lumino Industries operates across manufacturing and EPC activities, with a focus on conductors, power cables, electrical wires and specialised products for the power transmission and distribution industry. Its EPC operations include transmission and distribution, EHV substations, HTLS re-conductoring, railway electrification, solar power and water-management projects. 

₹34.98 Crore ABH Healthcare IPO to List on NSE SME 

ABH Healthcare is scheduled to open its ₹34.98 crore SME IPO on August 24 and close on August 27. The issue is entirely a fresh issue comprising 0.34 crore shares. The price band is ₹96-₹102 per share. 

The lot size is 1,200 shares. The source specifies a minimum retail application of 2,400 shares, or ₹2,44,800 at the upper price, while the minimum HNI application is three lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to ₹3,67,200. 

ABH Healthcare is proposed to list on the NSE SME platform, with September 1 as the tentative listing date. 

₹53.27 Crore Madhur Knit Crafts IPO Also Opens August 24 

Madhur Knit Crafts is scheduled to open its ₹53.27 crore SME IPO on August 24 and close on August 27. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.53 crore shares. 

The company has set a price band of ₹95-₹100 per share and a lot size of 1,200 shares. The minimum retail application at the upper end is ₹2.40 lakh. The shares are proposed to list on the NSE SME platform on September 1. 

Madhur Knit Crafts manufactures fabrics, blankets, winter textiles, garments and other textile products. Its operations follow an integrated yarn-to-cloth model covering knitting, dyeing, printing, brushing, polishing, sueding, stentering, bonding and finishing. 

The concentrated IPO pipeline next week offers a wide range of sectoral choices for market participants, spanning logistics, engineering, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, textiles, and automotive ancillaries. Retail investors should carefully assess each company’s business model, financial track record, and competitive positioning within its respective industry.  

The different lot sizes and price bands require careful allocation of investment funds. Since the IPOs open and close on different days, investors have the flexibility to participate in multiple offerings. Given the large overall issue size, liquidity and subscription levels will be important indicators of investor demand across these sectors.
