Bhopal, September 5, 2025: Aartech Solonics Limited (NSE: AARTECH, BSE: 542580) announced a final dividend of 2.5%, or ₹0.125 per equity share of face value ₹5, for the financial year 2024–25. The dividend will be paid subject to approval of the shareholders at the Company’s forthcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon approval, the Company will pay the dividend within 30 days of the dividend declaration date.

Aartech Solonics Ltd, located in Bhopal, was established in 1982 and operates in the engineering and technology sector, providing high-end electrical and electronic solutions. The Company is a listed Company in NSE & BSE, and offers a full gamut of customers complete state-of-the-art products and services.

AGM and Important Dates

The Company informed that the 43rd AGM will be held in video conferencing mode on September 30, 2025, and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24 to September 30, 2025, for the purpose related to this AGM. Aartech Solonics also established two cut-off dates: August 29, 2025, for notice of the AGM, and September 23, 2025, for voting rights and entitlements to dividends.

Reappointments and Board of Directors Decisions

Together with the dividend announcement, the board made a selection of important reappointments. Mrs. Arati Nath, Director and CEO, will be reappointed as a director as she is to retire by rotation. Additionally, Mr. Kshitij Negi, Independent Director, has been reappointed for a second five-year term commencing on February 7, 2026, which shows that the Company is focused on continuity in leadership succession and stability in governance.

Dividend History Comparison

The FY25 dividend represents a decrease in payout compared to recent years. In FY24, the Company declared a dividend of 5% (₹0.25 per share), while in FY23, the Company declared a 10% (₹0.50 per share) dividend. In the context of a decreased dividend percentage, the overall declaration represents Aartech Solonics’ ongoing efforts to provide dividends to its shareholders.

Share Price Movement

The company’s share price closed at ₹58.10, representing a ₹0.050 (0.086%) downward movement from its previous close of ₹58.10.15. However, the share opened slightly strong at ₹58.50 and traded between ₹58.50 and ₹56.24, high and low for the day.

Aartech Solonics’ dividend rate is lower than in past years, but still shows its consistency in commitment to pay dividends to its shareholders without affecting its financial sustainability.
