Aarvi Encon’s Indonesian subsidiary secured a ₹15.87 crore international manpower supply contract from a multinational EPC company, providing two years of revenue visibility, though the stock ended slightly lower.

Mumbai, June 19: Aarvi Encon Ltd. has secured a fresh overseas order through its Indonesian subsidiary, adding another international project to its manpower outsourcing portfolio as the company continues expanding its presence in Southeast Asia.
The company informed stock exchanges that PT. Aarvi Encon Services Indonesia, a step-down subsidiary of Aarvi Encon, has been awarded a manpower supply contract by a leading multinational EPC company in Indonesia.
While the client’s identity remains undisclosed under a non-disclosure agreement, the contract carries an estimated value of ₹15.87 crore and will run for a period of two years, effective from June 15, 2026.
For a company whose core business revolves around engineering manpower solutions and technical staffing services, the order reinforces its ability to win assignments from large international industrial and infrastructure clients.
Overseas Presence Continues to Expand
Aarvi Encon has steadily built its business around providing skilled technical manpower to sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, infrastructure and engineering projects.
The latest contract is notable because it comes from an international EPC player operating in Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia’s most active markets for industrial, energy and infrastructure investments.
Unlike equipment suppliers or EPC contractors themselves, manpower service providers often benefit from recurring revenue streams over the duration of a project. In this case, the two-year tenure offers a degree of visibility into future business flows for the subsidiary.
The company stated that the confirmation of the award was received on June 18, 2026, with execution already effective from mid-June.
Why The Order Matters
At first glance, a ₹15.87 crore contract may not appear transformational. However, for specialised workforce solutions companies, such orders often carry significance beyond the headline value.
Manpower contracts generally involve long-duration deployment of skilled engineers, supervisors, technicians and project personnel, creating recurring billing opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
The win also highlights Aarvi Encon’s growing ability to compete in international markets where EPC projects increasingly require experienced workforce partners capable of mobilising talent across geographies.
Another point worth noting is that the order has been awarded by an international entity, diversifying the company’s revenue mix beyond domestic projects.
Management clarified that neither promoters nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity.
Stock Market Snapshot
Aarvi Encon share price rose 0.68% to ₹140.89 in early trade on June 19 after the company announced a ₹15.87 crore manpower supply contract through its Indonesian subsidiary. The two-year contract has been awarded by a multinational EPC company in Indonesia, according to an exchange filing.
In manpower services businesses, profitability often depends not just on contract size but also on deployment efficiency, utilisation rates and execution margins.
