MUMBAI, May 26, 2025 – abrdn Asia Limited, in its capacity as investment manager and adviser to various global funds, has made a minor adjustment to its holding in Aegis Logistics Ltd (NSE: AEGISLOG, BSE: 500003) through an open market sale.

On May 22, 2025, abrdn Asia executed the sale of 68,700 equity shares of Aegis Logistics, amounting to 0.0196% of the company’s total and diluted share capital. This move brought its holding down from 10,573,466 shares (representing 3.0124% of the voting capital) to 10,504,766 shares (2.9928%).
