ACME Solar Commissions 300 MW Solar Project in Bikaner

Gurugram, June 24, 2025 – ACME Solar Holdings Limited (NSE: ACMESOLAR, BSE: 544283) has successfully completed the commissioning of its full 300 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Sikar Solar Private Limited.
The final 60 MW phase was commissioned on June 23, rounding off a series of staggered activations earlier this quarter. Won under SECI’s XVIII tender for 1 GW of ISTS-connected PV power projects, the project is expected to generate around 780 million units (MUs) of renewable energy annually.
As of 1:23 PM on Tuesday, the stock is trading at ₹249.55, up 1.61% for the day, after opening slightly higher at ₹251.70.

Wind Portfolio Expansion
ACME also commissioned its first-ever wind energy project during the quarter – a 50 MW wind farm at Shapar, Gujarat. With the addition of a final 3.3 MW turbine on June 23, the project reached full capacity. The Shapar facility operates under a 25-year PPA with GUVNL and was developed entirely by ACME’s in-house EPC team, marking the company’s formal entry into wind energy.
