Mumbai, May 11: ACME Solar Holdings Limited informed stock exchanges that it has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries as part of its ongoing renewable energy expansion plans.
According to the company’s disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the newly incorporated entities are ACME Greentech Twenty Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Two Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Three Private Limited and ACME Greentech Twenty Four Private Limited.
The company said all four subsidiaries were incorporated in Gurugram, Haryana, and will operate in the renewable energy and power generation segment.
As per the filing dated May 10, the subsidiaries have been created to undertake activities related to the development, establishment and operation of renewable energy and power generation projects.
ACME Solar said it subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of each entity in cash.
The initial subscription amount for each subsidiary stood at ₹1 lakh, comprising 10,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.
The company also clarified that no separate governmental or regulatory approvals were required for incorporation of the entities.
The move reflects a common structure used by renewable energy developers, where separate subsidiaries are created for project ownership, execution and operational management of individual assets or future project pipelines.
Stock Market Snapsot
ACME Solar share price traded lower during the morning session following the disclosure.

Market participants continued tracking renewable energy companies amid ongoing project announcements, funding activity and expansion plans across the clean energy sector.
Company Continues Building Renewable Energy Portfolio
ACME Solar Holdings Limited operates in the renewable energy sector with business interests spanning solar power generation and related infrastructure development.
Renewable energy developers often use subsidiary structures to ring-fence projects, streamline financing arrangements and manage asset-specific execution and operations.
The latest incorporations indicate continued pipeline planning and project structuring activity as India accelerates capacity addition across solar and clean energy segments.
Conclusion
The formation of four new wholly owned subsidiaries strengthens ACME Solar Holdings’ project development framework and supports future renewable energy expansion plans.
While the incorporations do not immediately change the company’s operational scale, they provide additional structure for upcoming project execution and long-term asset development initiatives.
