Mumbai, June 3, 2025: Adani Green Energy Limited (BSE: 541450, NSE: ADANIGREEN) has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary named Adani Hydro Energy Ten Limited (AHE10L), strengthening its presence in India’s growing renewable energy space.

AHE10L has been established under Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, a wholly owned arm of Adani Green Energy. The certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on June 3, 2025. With an authorised and paid-up capital of ₹1 lakh, the entity is yet to commence commercial operations.
