Ahmedabad, July 16, 2025 -Adani Green Energy Limited (NSE: ADANIGREEN, BSE: 541450) has announced its Board of Directors will meet on July 28, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
As mentioned within the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for insiders shall remain closed for 48 hours after the release of Q1 results on July 28, 2025.
