Aegis Logistics Sets July 18 as Record Date for FY25 Final Dividend; AGM Scheduled for August 14

Mumbai, July 14, 2025 — Aegis Logistics Limited (BSE: 500003, NSE: AEGISLOG) has announced Friday, July 18, 2025, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2024–25. As per its regulatory filing on Monday, subject to shareholder approval at its 68th AGM, the dividend will be disbursed on or before September 12, 2025.
AGM and E-Voting Details
Aegis Logistics will convene its 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM) in line with the regulatory circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI.
For shareholders intending to vote on AGM resolutions, the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is Thursday, August 7, 2025. Only those holding shares as of this date will be entitled to vote either through remote e-voting or during the AGM.
The e-voting window will open at 9:00 a.m. IST on Sunday, August 10, 2025, and close at 5:00 p.m. IST on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
