Surat, June 17, 2025—Aether Industries Ltd (NSE: AETHER, BSE: 543534) has entered into a significant long-term contract manufacturing agreement with Milliken Chemical and Textile (India) Co. Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US-based Milliken & Company. This move is expected to fast-track existing capacity utilization and strengthen market position.
The collaboration results from Aesther’s strong R&D and specialized manufacturing capabilities, coupled with the company’s expansion of multiple high-spec, high-volume facilities. Since Miliken pursued long-term security of supply through a dependable local partner for advanced specialty chemicals, this collaboration is a win-win for both companies.
On Tuesday, Aether Industries’ share price fell by 0.47%, closing at ₹787.75 per share.
Strategic Tie-Up for Dedicated Manufacturing
The deal appoints Aether as the exclusive contract manufacturing partner for one of Milliken’s key strategic products. The agreement is set for an initial term of 10 years and will leverage Aether’s Site 3+ manufacturing facility, which will be exclusively dedicated to this project.
This collaboration represents a strategic shift for Aether. It moves the project from its CRAMS (Contract Research and Manufacturing Services) vertical to its Contract Manufacturing model, indicating a more stable and recurring revenue stream structure going forward.
Regulatory Filing Reference
The agreement was disclosed per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
