Ahasolar Technologies secured a consultancy work order worth around ₹1 crore for a 5 MW solar capacity upgradation project in Rajasthan.

Mumbai, May11: Ahasolar Technologies Ltd said it has received a consultancy work order for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services related to the capacity upgradation of a 5 MW solar plant at Ramgarh, Jaisalmer, according to a regulatory filing submitted to BSE.
The company stated that the consultancy assignment has been awarded by a domestic entity, whose identity was not disclosed due to confidentiality obligations and mutual understanding with the client.
As per the filing, the consultancy contract is valued at approximately ₹1 crore, including GST. The project pertains to the upgradation of the existing 5 MW Ramgarh solar facility located in Rajasthan.
The company said the execution timeline for the consultancy contract is 15 months. The order has been classified as a domestic consultancy contract under Regulation 30 disclosure requirements.
According to the disclosure, the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
