Allcargo Gati Completes Merger with Allcargo Logistics Following NCLT Approval

Mumbai, November 11, 2025: Today marks the end of an era for Allcargo Gati as a separate listed company.The long-pending merger of Gati with its parent, Allcargo Logistics, has become a reality now. In that context, trading in shares of Allcargo Gati will be suspended with effect from tomorrow, November 12. In other words, the stock, as a separate entity, will cease to exist, and its business would form an integral part of Allcargo Logistics, w.e.f. this quarter.

What’s Happening With the Company Structure?

The merger, which was approved by the NCLT, is part of a larger Composite Scheme; it is the final piece of a much larger corporate restructuring aimed at simplifying the Allcargo Group.

Here is the new, simplified structure:

1. Consolidation: Allcargo Gati (the domestic express business) has been merged into Allcargo Logistics. This creates one, listed company focused on domestic logistics, warehousing, and express delivery.
2. Demerger: At the same time, Allcargo Logistics has spun off its global transport business into a brand-new, separate company called Allcargo Global Limited (AGL).

Allcargo Global (AGL) will be prepared for a separate stock market listing some time later. It will allow each distinct business to have greater strategic focus, governance, and, consequently transparency for shareholders. Due to the merger, Gati’s standalone financial results will not be published thereafter.
