Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd, which owns the Park hotel chain, has declared a consolidated net profit of ₹83.60 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), up 21.5% from ₹68.77 crore in FY24. The company also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY25, subject to the approval of shareholders.
