Arisinfra Solutions Reports Q2FY26 Profit of ₹15.26 Crore; H1 Net Rises Fourfold to ₹20.37 Crore

Mumbai, November 7, 2025: Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, and the first half of the year. It reported a quarterly profit of ₹15.26 crore, and a fourfold increase in its half-yearly profit to ₹20.37 crore.
Arisinfra Solutions Ltd (BSE: 544419, NSE: ARISINFRA) is an Indian company that manages a platform for real estate and infrastructure developers. The company was established in 2021 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Arisinfra Solutions Q2FY26 and Half-yearly Financial Highlights
For Q2FY26, the company’s total income was ₹242.45 crore, up 36.5% from ₹177.60 crore in Q2FY25. EBITDA grew 50.3% year-on-year to₹22.54 crore. EBITDA margin increased by 83 bps to 9.34%. Reported PAT turned positive at ₹15.26 crore, compared to a loss of ₹1.98 crore last year. PAT margin was at 6.29%.
Operationally, daily dispatches grew 30% YoY to 792 units, while customer and vendor counts increased by 17% and 22% respectively. Net working capital days improved to 84 from 114. In the Materials Division, contract manufacturing contribution rose to 44% in Q2FY26 from 41% a year ago.
The company also announced new order wins, including a ₹250 crore Merusri Sunscape luxury villa project in Bengaluru, a ₹200 crore Arsh Greens villa plot project in Yelahanka, and a ₹40 crore AVS Housing mandate. Additionally, Arisnfra partnered with Transcon Group and Amogaya Projects to unlock ₹12,000 crore in real estate value. With these wins, the company’s order book now stands at ₹850 crore.
Shares Fall by 2.59% At ₹165.10
As of 3:10 PM, Arisinfra share price was down by 2.59%, or 4.39 points, and was trading at ₹165.10. Until now, the Arisinfra shares have traded within a range of ₹175 and ₹157.95. The traded volume for the Arisinfra shares was at 16.44 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹1,374 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹208.50 and their 52-week low at ₹136.
