Mumbai, September 7, 2026: Ashutosh Fibre shares soared 52% on debut on NSE SME, opening at ₹140 against IPO price of ₹92.

Shares rose 5% from the opening price on Monday, trading at ₹147 on the NSE SME at 11:58:59 AM IST. At ₹147, the shares were ₹7 above the opening price and ₹55 higher than the IPO price. This translates into gains of 5% from the opening level and 59.78% from the issue price.

The company had raised ₹56.35 crore through its IPO, which was entirely a fresh issue of 61.24 lakh shares. The issue was subscribed 144.65 times during the bidding period fromAugust 31 to September 2, 2026.Shares Open At ₹140 And Touch ₹147

Shares Open At ₹140 And Touch ₹147 

Ashutosh Fibre shares opened at ₹140 on the NSE SME on September 7. The stock moved between ₹137 and ₹147 during the session, with ₹147 also emerging as the day’s high at the time of the market update.

The VWAP stood at ₹141.07. At ₹147, the shares were trading ₹7, or 5%, above the opening price.

The stock was also ₹55 above the ₹92 IPO price, marking a 59.78% rise from the issue level.

₹56.35 Crore IPO Gets 144.65 Times Subscription

Ashutosh Fibre’s IPO was open from August 31 to September 2, with the price band fixed at ₹87–92 per share. The final issue price was set at ₹92.

The company offered 61.24 lakh shares in the IPO. Of these, 3.07 lakh shares were reserved for the market maker, while 58.17 lakh shares formed the net offer to the public.

The issue received bids for 54,48,79,200 shares against the shares offered for subscription. The overall subscription stood at 144.65 times, with 1,05,010 applications received.

QIB Portion Subscribed 143.93 Times

The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion, excluding the anchor allocation, was subscribed 143.93 times. Investors placed bids for 16,73,59,200 shares against 11.628 lakh shares available in this category.

The non-institutional investor (NII) portion saw 200.85 times subscription. Within the NII category, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 240.69 times.

The portion for applications between ₹2 lakh and ₹10 lakh received 121.34 times subscription.

Retail Investors Subscribe 99.16 Times

The retail portion was subscribed 99.16 times. Retail investors placed bids for 20,20,53,600 shares against 20.376 lakh shares reserved for the category.

The minimum retail application was for 2,400 shares. At the upper end of the price band, an investor needed ₹2.20 lakh to apply for one lot.

Applications could be made in multiples of 1,200 shares after the minimum lot.

Entire IPO Was A Fresh Issue

Ashutosh Fibre raised the full ₹56.35 crore through a fresh issue of 61.24 lakh shares. There was no offer-for-sale component in the IPO.

In a fresh issue, the company issues new shares and raises capital through the public offering. An offer for sale, on the other hand, involves existing shareholders selling their shares.

QIBs Get 49.96% Of Net Offer

The QIB category was allocated 29.064 lakh shares, representing 49.96% of the net issue. This included 17.436 lakh shares allotted to anchor investors.

QIBs excluding anchors were offered 11.628 lakh shares, representing 18.99% of the total issue.

The NII category received 8.736 lakh shares, or 15.02% of the net issue, while retail investors were allotted 20.376 lakh shares, representing 35.02%.

Anchor Investors Put In ₹16.04 Crore

Ashutosh Fibre raised ₹16.04 crore from anchor investors on August 28, 2026, ahead of the IPO opening.

The anchor investors were allotted 17.436 lakh shares at the issue price of ₹92 per share.

As per the issue details, 50% of the anchor shares are subject to a lock-in until October 3, 2026. The remaining shares have a lock-in period ending December 2, 2026.

Minimum Retail Investment Was ₹2.20 Lakh

The minimum retail application size was 2,400 shares. At the upper price of ₹92, this meant an investment of ₹2.20 lakh for one lot.

For small HNI investors, the minimum application was 3,600 shares, requiring ₹3.31 lakh at the issue price. Investors could apply in multiples of 1,200 shares.

Subscription Rose Sharply On Final Day

The IPO started with overall subscription of 1.61 times on August 31. Subscription increased to 5.59 times on September 1 before reaching 144.65 times on the final bidding day, September 2.

QIB subscription excluding anchors moved from 0.00 times on the first day to 143.93 times by the close of the issue.

Retail subscription also increased during the three-day bidding period, rising from 2.20 times on August 31 to 99.16 times on September 2.

Ashutosh Fibre Shares Trade 59.78% Above IPO Price

At 11:58:59 AM IST on September 7, Ashutosh Fibre shares were trading at ₹147. The price was ₹7 above the ₹140 opening level and ₹55 above the ₹92 issue price.

The stock’s high for the session was ₹147, while the low stood at ₹137. The VWAP was ₹141.07.

Listing Follows ₹92 Issue Price

Ashutosh Fibre was listed on the NSE SME platform on September 7, 2026. The allotment was finalised on September 3 and the shares were credited to investors on September 4.

The listing followed a three-day IPO that saw strong participation across investor categories. The final subscription stood at 144.65 times, with the NII category recording the highest subscription among the main investor groups at 200.85 times.
