Mumbai, July 18, 2025 – ASI Industries Limited (BSE: 502015) on Friday reported a 4.2% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit to ₹404.16 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), compared to ₹388 lakh in Q1FY25. The company also declared a dividend of ₹0.40 per equity share for FY25.
Q1FY26 Financial Performance
- The company reported revenue from operations of ₹2,949.31 lakh in Q1 FY26, marking a 14.3% decline from ₹3,440.10 lakh in the same quarter of the previous year.
- Total income, including other income, stood at ₹3,420.64 lakh, down 10% from ₹3,804.12 lakh in Q1 FY25.
- Total expenses reduced to ₹2,818.67 lakh from ₹3,251.53 lakh in the year-ago period.
- Disciplined cost control enabled the company to maintain profitability despite the decline in revenue.
