Mumbai July, 20: Atishay Ltd. has secured a ₹47.71 lakh work order from The Alwar Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Micro ATM devices across the bank’s Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS).

According to the company’s exchange filing, the contract covers the complete deployment of Micro ATMs, including installation and post-installation maintenance. The project is scheduled to be completed by August 17, 2026.

While the order value is relatively modest, it strengthens Atishay’s presence in the cooperative banking segment, where banks are increasingly adopting digital infrastructure to improve access to financial services in rural areas. The company said the contract was awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transaction.

Stock Market Snapshot

The announcement came during Monday’s trading session, with Atishay share price witnessing a sharp turnaround in late trade.

As of 3:25 PM IST on July 20, 2026, the stock was trading at ₹171.00. After spending much of the session under pressure and slipping into the mid-₹150 range, the shares rebounded strongly during the final hour to recover almost all of the day’s losses.

Although the order is unlikely to have a material impact on earnings by itself, the late buying indicated that investors viewed the contract as another positive addition to the company’s business pipeline.

Focus on Digital Banking Solutions

Atishay provides technology-led solutions across e-governance, digital identity, financial inclusion and banking services. Micro ATM deployments form an important part of rural banking infrastructure by enabling basic banking transactions such as cash withdrawal, deposits, fund transfers and balance enquiries closer to customers.

The latest order adds to the company’s portfolio of banking technology projects and reinforces its engagement with cooperative banking institutions.

Conclusion

The ₹47.71 lakh contract may not be large in value, but it expands Atishay’s presence in the financial inclusion space and supports its banking technology business. With execution expected to conclude by mid-August, the project adds another operational assignment to the company’s order book while strengthening its footprint in rural banking infrastructure.
