Atmastco secured a ₹15 crore fabrication structure supply order for the HRRL Rajasthan project, while shares gained nearly 3% in Friday trade.

Mumbai, June 12: Atmastco has received a work order valued at ₹15 crore for the supply of pre-fabricated structures for the 2075-10A CFBC package of the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery project in Rajasthan.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the filing, the order has been awarded by Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd and involves the supply of pre-fabricated structures related to Piperack 10C and ducting or supporting structures for boilers.
The company said the project includes finish-painted fabricated structures as per approved engineering drawings for the refinery package.
As per the regulatory disclosure, the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and falls under the commercial category. The execution timeline will be governed according to the purchase order terms.
Atmastco also clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction and that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
