Hyderabad, July 2, 2025: Avantel Ltd (BSE: 532406 | NSE: AVANTEL), a Hyderabad-based specialist in defence communications, has announced that it has received a significant purchase order valued at ₹5.97 crore (inclusive of taxes) from Goa Shipyard Limited. The order is to supply, install, and commission crucial satellite communication (Satcom) equipment.

The order, communicated to Avantel via email on June 30, 2025, is scheduled for execution by May 2027. This new contract further strengthens Avantel’s order book and its position as a key supplier of advanced communication systems to India’s defence sector.

Avantel confirmed this development in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and clarified that the transaction does not involve any related party dealings or promoter group interest with the awarding entity.
