Avro India Installs New Plastic Recycling Units

Dateline: Ghaziabad, May 27, 2025: Avro India Limited, a preeminent manufacturer of moulded plastic furniture under the brands Avro Gold and Joy Furniture, has today reported the installation of two plastic recycling extruder machines, which are part of the company’s capacity expansion plan. Commercial production has not yet started.

The announcement follows the company’s previous announcement, which happened on January 31, 2025. The previous announcement was about the company’s plan to double its plastic recycling capacity from 500 MT to 1,000 MT per month. The company has successfully completed the trial runs.

Once the production starts, the increased recycling capacity will help the company in its sustainability efforts. The company will be able to increase the use of recycled plastic in its furniture products and reduce dependency on virgin materials.
