Pune, June 16, 2025—Bajaj Auto Ltd (BSE: 532977, NSE: BAJAJ-AUTO) has slightly revised the exercise price for the sixth tranche of employee stock options under its ongoing Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019 (BAL-ESOS 2019). As per the notification, the company will now provide 3,80,048 stock options at an updated exercise price of ₹8,849 per option (closing price of May 28, 2025).

This is in continuation of its earlier announcement dated May 29, 2025. The updated price reflects the closing market price of Bajaj Auto shares on May 28, 2025, aligning with SEBI’s pricing norms.

Bajaj Auto’s share price closed after rising 0.65% (reaching ₹8,538.00 per share).
