Bajaj Holdings’ Stock Price Up Today

Mumbai, August 7 (Thursday) – Shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd (NSE: BAJAJHLDNG) gained close to ₹780.00 or 5.70% in early trade on Thursday, reaching ₹14,395.00. This was after the company announced its June quarter result.
At 12:30 p.m. IST, Bajaj Holdings stock price was up by 0.98%, trading at Rs 13,740.
Bajaj Holdings reported an increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) at ₹3,503.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹1,614.51 crore in the year-ago period. The significant jump was due to an exceptional gain of ₹1,521.88 crore from the sale of 1.04 crore shares in associate company Bajaj Finserv via a block deal. On a standalone basis, PAT rose to ₹2,035.74 crore from ₹65.97 crore in Q1FY25.
The stock remains part of the NIFTY Next 50 index and continues to attract institutional interest due to its strategic holdings in Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finserv, and Maharashtra Scooters.
