Bartronics India Ltd, a provider of financial technology solutions, reported a sharp turnaround in its financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), posting a consolidated net profit of ₹174.63 lakh compared to ₹138.27 lakh in FY24.
The company’s board approved the audited financials at its meeting on May 27, 2025.

Management Commentary
“FY25 was a rebuilding year. We leveraged asset monetization to strengthen the balance sheet while continuing to clean up legacy issues,” said N Vidhya Sagar Reddy, Managing Director.
The management is actively working to close inactive foreign subsidiaries and finalize regulatory clearances.
