Mumbai, 16 December 2025: BF Utilities Limited informed stock exchanges, in compliance with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 (Q1FY26). The approval followed the Board meeting held on 16 December 2025, 

BF Utilities Limited, part of the Kalyani Group, is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, and operates primarily in infrastructure development and wind power generation. The company is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India (BFUTILITIE) and BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 532430). 

Its infrastructure portfolio includes road and corridor development through subsidiaries such as Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise Limited and Nandi Highway Developers Limited.

Q1FY26 Revenue Rises to ₹21,780.33 Lakh as Infrastructure Segment Drives Operations

During the quarter ended June 2025, BF Utilities reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹21,157.13 lakh, compared with ₹20,821.01 lakh in the previous quarter ended March 2025. Including other income of ₹623.20 lakh, total consolidated revenue stood at ₹21,780.33 lakh, up from ₹21,474.06 lakh in Q4FY25. The infrastructure segment contributed ₹21,097.22 lakh, while the windmills segment added ₹683.08 lakh, indicating continued dominance of infrastructure-led revenue during the period.

Profit Before Tax Expands to ₹13,388.56 Lakh on Lower Quarterly Expense Base

Profit before tax for Q1FY26 increased to ₹13,388.56 lakh, compared with ₹11,347.82 lakh in the immediately preceding quarter. Total expenses during the quarter were reported at ₹8,391.77 lakh, significantly lower than ₹10,126.24 lakh recorded in Q4FY25. Key expense components included employee benefit expenses of ₹1,745.44 lakh, finance costs of ₹2,170.22 lakh, and depreciation and amortisation of ₹1,736.30 lakh, contributing to the quarter-on-quarter expansion in pre-tax profitability.

Net Profit After Tax Climbs to ₹9,658.96 Lakh from ₹8,354.45 Lakh Quarter-On-Quarter

For the quarter ended June 2025, consolidated profit after tax rose to ₹9,658.96 lakh, compared with ₹8,354.45 lakh in the March 2025 quarter. Total tax expense stood at ₹3,729.50 lakh, comprising current tax of ₹3,837.01 lakh and a deferred tax credit of ₹107.41 lakh. Total comprehensive income for the quarter reached ₹9,659.07 lakh, marginally higher than profit after tax due to a net other comprehensive income of ₹0.11 lakh.

Segment Results Show Infrastructure Profit Of ₹15,465.09 Lakh In Q1FY26

Segment-wise results before interest and tax reflected profit of ₹15,465.09 lakh from the infrastructure segment and ₹102.39 lakh from the wind mills segment during Q1FY26. After accounting for finance costs and unallocable expenses, consolidated profit before tax remained at ₹13,388.56 lakh. Capital employed across segments stood at ₹1,90,760.96 lakh, with infrastructure accounting for ₹1,86,760.29 lakh, highlighting the segment’s scale within the group’s consolidated operations.

Earnings Per Share Increases to ₹10.19 In Q1FY26 Compared with ₹9.48 In Q4FY25

BF Utilities reported basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of ₹10.19 for Q1FY26, up from ₹9.48 recorded in the preceding quarter. Paid-up equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹1,883.38 lakh, with a face value of ₹5 per share. Profit attributable to owners of the parent stood at ₹3,839.75 lakh, while non-controlling interests accounted for ₹5,819.21 lakh during the quarter.

BF Utilities Shares Jump 4.99% to ₹646.45, Touch Day’s High After Opening At ₹629

On NSE, BF Utilities Ltd share price closed higher on 16 December 2025, ending the session at ₹646.45 on the National Stock Exchange, marking a gain of ₹30.75 or 4.99% for the day. The stock opened at ₹629.00, moved between an intraday low of ₹620.00 and a high of ₹646.45, and settled near the day’s peak. With a market capitalisation of ₹2.44 crore and a price-to-earnings ratio of 16.62, the stock remains below its 52-week high of ₹1,080.00 while trading above the 52-week low of ₹565.00.
