Bharat Bijlee Ltd. to Convene Board Meeting on July 23, 2025, to Review Q1 FY26 Financial Results

Mumbai, June 25 – Bharat Bijlee Ltd. (NSE: BBL) has said that its Board of Directors would meet on July 23, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
This comes after a solid financial year in FY25, when overall income for the March 2025 quarter jumped to ₹63.26 crore. The company made a profit before taxes (PBT) of ₹6.81 crore and a net profit of ₹5.03 crore. Also, the earnings per share (EPS) for the fourth quarter of FY25 were ₹44.51, which shows that the company is making more money and running more efficiently.
