Bharat Rasayan Board to Decide on Stock Split and Bonus Issue on October 24

New Delhi, October 20, 2025: Bharat Rasayan Ltd (NSE: BHARATRAS, BSE: 590021) shares increased close to 3 percent to ₹10,132.50 in Monday’s trading session following the company’s disclosure that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, October 24, 2025, to deliberate on a sub-division (stock split) of its equity shares and a recommendation for issuance of bonus share. The board will also consider and approve the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, financial results, as per an exchange filing.

As of 3:30 PM IST on October 20, the stock closed at ₹10,180.00, up ₹359.50 or 3.66% for the day. It opened at ₹10,625.00, reached a high of ₹10,999.00 and a low of ₹9,911.50. The stock opened strong at ₹10,599.35, indicating strong investors’ sentiments on the eve of the board meet. The counter has recorded a mixed pattern in the last year with a 52-week high of ₹12,550 and a low of ₹8,807.45. Its market cap is ₹4,306.31 crore with a P/E ratio of 29.43 and EPS of ₹334.12.
