Mumbai, November 7, 2025: Shares of Birlasoft Ltd (NSE: BSOFT; BSE: 532400) fell following the company’s Q2FY26 results, which showed a 9% YoY decline in net profit to ₹116.1 crore. Revenue from operations also dropped, reflecting muted client spending across key business verticals.

Q2FY26 Consolidated Financial Performance

Birlasoft reported a subdued quarter, with revenue from operations declining to ₹1,328.9 crore, marking a 2.9% YoY drop from ₹1,368.9 crore in Q2FY25. Weak client spending, particularly across key verticals, weighed on the company’s topline and margins. Net profit also fell, reaching ₹116.1 crore, down 9% YoY from ₹127.5 crore, primarily due to higher overall expenses during the quarter.
