BlackRock Increases Stake in Sammaan Capital to 5.33% From 4.86%

Mumbai, November 4: Sammaan Capital Ltd announced today that global investment firm BlackRock Inc has raised its stake in the company to 5.33% from 4.86%. According to the latest exchange filing, BlackRock purchased 3,875,983 shares of the company. The purchase is equal to a 0.47% stake. The acquisition was completed through open market transactions on October 31, 2025. Now, BlackRock’s total holding is 44,291,365 shares, up from 40,415,382 shares earlier.
Sammaan Capital Ltd is an Indian company that operates as a non-banking financial company (NBFC). It was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol SAMMAANCAP and on BSE with the code 535789.
