New Delhi, 18 November 2025: BMW‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Ventures Limited officially announced that its PEB division has obtained a new order worth INR 4.53 crore. The contract, as per the company’s announcement, has been given to them by a top infrastructure and civil contractor who is executing the work for a major Oil & Gas ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌PSU.

The Order Overview is an Indicator of a Large Project Pipeline.

According to the agreement, the contractor has to carry out the supply, fabrication, and specialised painting of the metal structure components. It is a local assignment, and the time scheduled for the completion of the job is 12 weeks from the date when the purchase order is issued. The company pushed for the confidentiality clauses, stating that they cannot reveal the name of the customer. However, they did confirm the client’s stable position in the energy-related infrastructure sector.

The terms of the transaction include a 5 percent advance payment to the company right from the start. The remaining amount is to be paid to the company after completing the erection work. The tax-included order is one of the BMW Ventures’ measures to gradually increase their presence in the field of turnkey PEB solutions and value-added fabrication services.

Stock Performance

Even though the new deal was secured, the market sentiment that day was not quite positive. The stock of the BMW Ventures went down slightly and ended the day trading session in red at ₹ 71.35. There is a minor drop of 0.098% in today’s trading session.

Strategic Importance to BMW Ventures’ PEB Business

Such a key success can be viewed by BMW Ventures as a step ahead in the expansion of its capacity to conduct more projects of the industrial, Government-backed and energy-related infrastructure sectors. As an explanation for why this short period of only 12 weeks has been set for the execution, one can see that there is a growing need for devices that enable fast construction and the immediate application of the results of said construction, especially in industries related to oil and gas infrastructure, probably for modernizing purposes. The company has said that the order was given to them due to the fact that they have been making continuous efforts to enrich the scope of the heavy engineering and fabrication sector in the PEB portfolio and customers.

BMW Ventures Limited is engaged in the business of providing services for engineering, fabrication, and infrastructure manufacturing. Its stock trades on the BSE under the Scrip Code 544543 and on NSE with the symbol BMWVENTLTD. Due to continuous inflows of orders and the creation of new capabilities, the company is moving in such a direction as to lead to strengthen its position in the infrastructure value ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌chain market.
