Mumbai, 28 November 2025: Shares of Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited witnessed intense buying interest on Friday. The rally came after the company announced key strategic decisions taken in its board meeting dated November 27, 2025, which included the acquisition of a strategic 20% stake in Lehren Networks Private Limited and approval for a preferential share issue. As of 28 November 2025, it closed at ₹8.62, up 2.13%. The stock opened at ₹8.80 and later surged to an intraday high of ₹10.12, signalling investor confidence in the company’s latest expansion plans.
Strategic Stake Acquisition Boosts Market Sentiment
After these announcements, Bodhi Tree stock saw increased trading volume, with 464,000 shares traded. The last recorded trade occurred at ₹9.05 and was close to the VWAP of ₹9.14. The stock remains active within its 52-week high/low range of ₹7.11 – ₹13.41 due to continued investor interest. The shares are priced at ₹10 per share, and the total of ₹1.20 Crores will give the allottee 0.66% of the issuing company after the transaction.
