26 November 2025: Brightcom‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Group Limited (BCG), through its wholly owned subsidiary Online Media Solutions (OMS), announced that OMS has entered into a strategic collaboration with HUMAN Security Inc., a world leader in providing technology for the prevention of digital fraud. The alliance is aimed at raising the levels of transparency, safety, and trust throughout the OMS network of worldwide digital advertising.

Brightcom Group Limited is a publicly-traded company on both BSE (Scrip Code: 532368) and NSE (Symbol: BCG). The company is a global digital advertising and marketing technologies solutions provider through its several subsidiaries and is offering services to diverse clients in the international ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌markets.

Strengthening Digital Advertising Integrity

In connection with this collaboration, the state-of-the-art fraud detection technology of HUMAN would be integrated into the digital advertising operations of OMS. As a result, OMS will be in a position to identify and interrupt fraudulent schemes at a much higher level, which may even involve fake traffic, automated bot attacks and fraudulent threats that negatively affect advertising performance. It is worth noting that the rollout of such instruments by OMS on its platforms is not only to create a safer and more reliable advertising environment for brands and publishers but also for other partners of the ecosystem.
