Capillary Technologies India Share Price Rise in Early Trade, But Decline Over 2% in Afternoon Trade

New Delhi, November 27, 2025: Capillary Technologies India moved higher in Thursday’s early trade, gaining over 4% before slipping more than 2% into the red. The stock opened at ₹694 and quickly climbed to the day’s high of ₹722.35, signalling sustained post-listing investor interest. It also touched an intraday low of ₹682.55 and recorded strong turnover in the morning session, with a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of ₹702.07.
As of 2:51 pm. IST, the stock price of Capillary Technologies was at ₹670.45, down 2.73% from its previous close. Despite the intraday decline, the share price continues to remain significantly above the issue price, reflecting an overall upward trend since listing.
Capillary Technologies India is a leading provider of cloud-native, AI-driven SaaS solutions designed to enhance customer and channel loyalty for enterprise clients. The firm has reported strong financial performance, posting ₹359.21 crore in revenue for the first half of FY26, following full-year FY25 revenue of ₹598.25 crore.
First Day of Trade and Market Debut
Capillary Technologies made its market debut on 21 November, listing at ₹571.90 against the issue price of ₹577. Although the stock opened with a slight discount, it swiftly recovered and closed its first trading day at ₹601.10. The company’s IPO received strong demand, with overall subscription exceeding 52 times.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category led with a 57.27-times subscription, while Non-Institutional Investors (NII) subscribed 69.84 times. High-value applications above ₹10 lakh saw robust interest at 85.40 times, followed by 38.71 times for applications between ₹2 lakh and ₹10 lakh. Retail investors subscribed 15.82 times, and the employee quota was taken up 6.88 times.
Anchor Investment Details
Ahead of the public issue, Capillary Technologies raised ₹393.98 crore from anchor investors. The company allotted 68.28 lakh shares at ₹577 each to institutional participants, bolstering confidence ahead of the IPO’s opening.
