Ceigall India Executes ₹603 Crore NHAI Concession Agreement; Shares Flat

Ceigall India’s SPV executed a concession agreement with NHAI for a ₹603 crore highway connectivity project in Punjab under the HAM model.

Mumbai, June 10: Ceigall India special purpose vehicle, Ceigall Ambala Chandigarh Zirakpur Limited, has executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a highway connectivity project in Punjab.
The company disclosed the development through an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the filing, the project involves construction of a six-lane access-controlled spur connectivity corridor linking the Ambala-Chandigarh section of NH-205A with the Zirakpur Bypass in Punjab.
The total project length is approximately 10.300 kilometres and the project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
Ceigall India said the estimated project cost stands at ₹603 crore, excluding GST.
Stock Market Snapshot
Ceigall India share price traded largely flat following the announcement of the concession agreement execution.
The stock was trading at ₹366.20, down marginally by 0.055%, as of 12:02 IST on June 10, 2026, according to market data.
Investors continued to monitor infrastructure and EPC counters amid sustained government focus on highway expansion and connectivity projects across India.
Ceigall India share price has remained in focus in recent sessions as market participants track project execution visibility and fresh order inflows in the road construction segment.

Project Carries Long-Term Operation Component
The company said the project includes an 18-month construction period along with a 15-year operation and maintenance tenure.
Projects awarded under the HAM structure typically provide developers with a combination of government support and annuity-linked revenue visibility over the concession period.
The latest concession agreement strengthens Ceigall India’s portfolio of highway and transport infrastructure projects, particularly in northern India.

India’s road construction and highway infrastructure sector has continued to witness strong project awarding activity supported by central government spending and connectivity expansion plans.
