CNG Rate Today, June 18, 2026: CNG Price Hold Firm on Thursday in Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram

Mumbai, June 18: CNG rates in most Indian cities remained stable on Thursday, tracking close to Wednesday’s levels. New Delhi was again the cheapest metro with a rate of Rs 83.09 per kg whereas Firozabad remained the costliest city at Rs 98.00 per kg.
Mumbai once again continued to trade at Rs 86.00 per kg which kept its rank among other cheaper metro cities. Among NCR cities, Noida and Ghaziabad continued to trade at Rs 91.70 per kg whereas Gurugram was quoted at Rs 88.12 per kg, representing a significant spread between cities in the region.
Among other cities, Chennai, Bangalore, Bharatpur and Mathura are priced at Rs 97.00 per kg whereas Hyderabad remained at Rs 97.00. Dewas continued to trade at Rs 96.00 per kg whereas Sonipat was quoted at Rs 94.00 per kg and Rewari at Rs 87.70 per kg.
Thursday’s movement implied that retailers have not changed prices so far this week and remain on hold. There is no strong push from fuel prices just yet that is forcing most retailers to revise up. Relative to the previous day, today’s CNG citywise rate clearly showed that no city moved in the list of prices quoted above.
Petrol and diesel prices continued to remain unchanged across all metros on Thursday as international crude oil prices fell. Fuel prices in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai remained unchanged showing state-owned oil marketing companies (OMCs) keeping benchmark retail prices unchanged even as energy prices fell globally.
Fuel rates in several state capitals and satellite cities did change marginally on Thursday. Petrol and diesel prices rose the most in Gurgaon among all cities, followed by Jaipur, Noida and Thiruvananthapuram.
