CNG Rates Today, June 22, 2026: CNG Price Unchanged in Most Indian Cities on Monday

Mumbai, June 22: Prices of Compressed Natural Gas remain unchanged in most Indian cities this Monday as there was no revision in rates reported by majority of market operators. CNG price in Delhi continues to be one of cheapest amongst metros at ₹83.09 per kg. Prices of CNG in Mumbai continue to be available at ₹86.00 per kg. While cities like Rewari and Gurugram offer CNG at ₹87.70 and ₹88.12 per kg respectively, no changes were seen in prices on Monday. 

Fuel prices continued to remain at ₹91.70 per kg for Noida and Ghaziabad. Meerut saw CNG available at ₹91.50 per kg. Sonipat offered CNG at ₹94.00 per kg, while Dewas will charge customers ₹96.00 per kg for the fuel. Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad offer CNG at ₹97.00 per kg. Along with Bharatpur and Mathura, Firozabad had the highest fuel prices at ₹98.00 per kg on Monday. 

Prices of CNG in India vary by cities and are announced by city gas distribution companies based on cost of input gas, infrastructure expenses and local taxes. Rates are not revised everyday unlike petrol and diesel. 

Petrol and Diesel 

Petrol and diesel prices didn’t see any major change across Indian cities on Monday with most of them reporting no citywide revision. Jaipur saw highest rise in rates for petrol and diesel while prices dropped in Gurgaon and Bengaluru marginally. Thiruvananthapuram and Hyderabad offer some of the highest-priced fuel in the country, while Delhi continues to be one of the cheapest petrol and diesel markets amongst metros. Variations in VAT, freight charges and local taxes result in different petrol and diesel prices in states and union territories across India.
