Kochi, July 4, 2025 — Cochin Shipyard Limited (NSE: COCHINSHIP) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korea-based HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co. Ltd. (HD KSOE) to drive long-term cooperation in shipbuilding, workforce development, and global maritime innovation.

The partnership supports India’s broader maritime ambitions outlined in the Maritime India Vision (MIV) 2030 and the Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision (MAKV) 2047.
