Mumbai, August 20, 2026: Shares of Credent Connect N Care Ltd made a strong debut on the NSE SME platform on Thursday, opening at ₹359.10, or 89.99% above the IPO issue price of ₹189 a share.

The stock rose to an intraday high of ₹377.05 before the 11:20 AM IST snapshot. Its volume-weighted average price (VWAP) stood at ₹366.02, according to the exchange data provided.

The listing came after the company’s ₹93.89 crore IPO, which drew overall subscription of 107.07 times during its August 13-17 bidding period.

Credent Connect N Care Shares Open At ₹359.10

The stock opened at ₹359.10 and recorded a low of ₹359.10 in the market snapshot available at 11:20 AM IST. It later touched ₹377.05, which was 99.50% above the IPO issue price.

The ₹170.10 difference between the issue price and opening price meant investors who were allotted shares at ₹189 saw the stock begin its first session at nearly 1.9 times the issue price.

IPO Attracted 107.07 Times Subscription

The IPO received bids for 50,49,37,800 shares against 47,16,000 shares offered to the public, resulting in overall subscription of 107.07 times.

The QIB portion was subscribed 53.05 times, while the NII category received bids equivalent to 217.17 times the shares reserved for the segment. The retail portion was subscribed 136.72 times.

The final basis of allotment showed 1,874 allottees across QIB, NII and retail categories.

Fresh Issue Raised ₹93.89 Crore

Credent Connect N Care’s IPO comprised a fresh issue of 49.68 lakh shares at ₹189 per share. The calculation puts the total issue value at about ₹93.89 crore.

Of the total 49.68 lakh shares, 2.52 lakh shares were reserved for the market maker, leaving 47.16 lakh shares as the net offer to the public.

The IPO carried a price band of ₹179-189 per share and had a lot size of 600 shares. The minimum individual investor application shown in the issue details was two lots, or 1,200 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,26,800 at the upper end of the price band.

QIB And NII Demand Led Final Subscription

Within the QIB category, the issue had an allocation of 23.52 lakh shares and recorded subscription of 53.05 times. The NII category was allocated 7.08 lakh shares and was subscribed 217.17 times.

Retail investors were allocated 16.56 lakh shares and submitted applications for 22,64,14,800 shares, resulting in subscription of 136.72 times.

The final allotment price was ₹189 a share across the investor categories.

Listing-Day Trading Snapshot
