Credent Global Finance Limited, on February 19, 202,6 approved the closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement and fixed the issue price at ₹30 per equity share, according to a filing submitted to BSE Limited the same day.

The decision was taken at the Board Meeting held today to approve the closure of QIPs. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 04:10 P.M. IST and concluded at 04:30 P.M. IST.

Credent Global Finance Limited is a non-banking financial company engaged in financial services activities, including lending operations. The company is listed on BSE Limited.

A Qualified Institutions Placement allows a listed company to issue equity shares or other eligible securities to institutional investors in accordance with SEBI-prescribed pricing and disclosure norms, without undertaking a public issue.

Board Approves Closure of QIP and Pricing

In its communication to BSE (Scrip Code: 539598) dated February 19, 2026, the company said its Board of Directors, at a meeting held earlier in the day, approved the closure of the issue pursuant to receipt of application forms and funds in the escrow account from eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

The Board determined the issue price at ₹30 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, comprising a premium of ₹28 per share. A total of 1 crore equity shares (1 crore shares) will be allocated to eligible QIBs, aggregating to ₹300 million.

The company also adopted the Placement Document dated February 19, 2026, in connection with the issue and approved the finalisation of the Confirmation of Allocation Note (CAN) to be issued to the eligible QIBs, intimating them on the allocation of Equity Shares pursuant to the Issue.

The issue has been undertaken under Chapter VI of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, and Sections 42 and 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, including rules made thereunder.

The Board meeting commenced at 04:10 PM IST and concluded at 04:30 PM IST.
