Mumbai, November 7, 2025 – The shares of DAM Capital Advisors Ltd have been on the list of top gainers today. As of 11:10 AM IST, the share was trading at ₹280.34, up ₹25.66 or 10.08% from its previous close of ₹254.68. The share opened at ₹275.90 and traded between ₹281.47 and ₹261, high and low so far. The shares surged after the company reported its highest record-breaking quarterly results for FY26 and expanded the mandated pipeline. The company is witnessing a higher investor confidence in the company’s growth momentum and leading in all segments.

Q2FY26 Highlights

The company has reported its ever-highest quarterly results. The company has generated its total income up 69.1% to ₹107 crore yoy and PAT up 140.7% to ₹52 crore. Income from merchant banking also increased 129% yoy to ₹86 crore, which reflects the company’s strong participation in IPOs, advisory deals and QIPs. The PAT of the company also boosted 48.7%, significantly.

Deal Momentum And Pipeline

DAM Capitals has executed 12 transactions, which include 9 IPOs, 2 QIPs and 1 preferential issue. The company has raised approximately ₹13,695 crore and captured 18% shares in the IPO markets. The company has also maintained three IPO mandates, bringing the count to 21 IPOs and 13 mandates and lead bankers.

CEO Commentary

The managing director and CEO of the company, Dharmesh Mehta, stated that the company has given a landmark performance in its results, due to which the Indian market has regained its strength. The successful closure of marquee transactions highlights the deep trust our clients place in our execution capabilities. We continue to be selective and prioritise mandates with strong fundamentals and credible management. he further added that the institutional equities division of the firm expanded coverage to 210 stocks across 24 sectors. Also, the active institutional clients surged to 296, up from 277 in FY25, as of 30 September 2025.
