DCX Systems' FY25 Profit Down by 42.9%

Indian defence electronics manufacturer, DCX Systems Limited, has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. The company had posted a consolidated revenue of ₹1,083.67 crore in FY24, a 23.9% year-over-year drop. Net profit of consolidated declined to ₹38.88 crore, 42.9% in comparison with FY24.

Management Commentary
Dr. H.S. Raghavendra Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, said: “Despite a challenging year with declining revenues, but we have positioned for future growth with key collaborations and scaled manufacturing. We continue to concentrate on becoming a product-led company with robust ToT capabilities.”
Future Outlook
The company is still focusing on those high-margin areas of cable and wire harness manufacturing services and MRO services. With strong indigenization tailwinds on Atmanirbhar Bharat and increased defence budget allocations, DCX expects to gain from both domestic demand and export opportunity.
Dividend
The company has not announced any dividend for FY25.
