Bengaluru, July 7, 2025 – DCX Systems Ltd (NSE: DCXINDIA, BSE: 543650) has received the grant of an Industrial License from the Office of the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ), under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, a significant boost to its defence manufacturing capabilities.

The grant is valid for 15 years and is sanctioned for the manufacture of high-security, Category-A defence equipment, including Radar Systems, EW Systems, and avionics and defence electronic equipment.

License Grant Details

The license permits DCX Systems to manufacture the following high-security, Category-A defence equipment:

Strategic Location & Validity

The licensed activities will be conducted at DCX’s facility located at:

Aerospace SEZ Sector, Plot Nos. 29, 30 & 107, Southern Block, Hitech Defence and Aerospace Park, Kavadadasanahalli, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562110.

The license is valid for a period of 15 years, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to India’s defence infrastructure and self-reliance mission.

Relevance and Regulatory Context

According to the disclosure in Annexure A of the regulatory filing:

  • Licensing Authority: Office of the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ), EOU’s & SEZ’s in Karnataka, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India
