Desco Infratech Limited Secures Rs 40.43 Crore Orders from KP Energy and Sun Drops Energia

Desco Infratech Limited has received purchase orders aggregating Rs 40.43 crore (inclusive of GST) from KP Energy Limited and Sun Drops Energia Limited, the company said in a Regulation 30 disclosure to BSE dated February 16, 2026. The contracts relate to cable laying and solar EPC supply and services works.
The total order value comprises Rs 39.34 crore from Sun Drops Energia Limited and Rs 1.09 crore from KP Energy Limited, as detailed in Annexure A of the filing.
Order Details As Per Regulatory Filing
According to the company’s intimation submitted under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:
- The purchase order from Sun Drops Energia Limited is valued at Rs 39,33,58,900 (inclusive of GST) and pertains to supply and services for EPC works.
- The purchase order from KP Energy Limited is valued at Rs 1,09,15,295 (inclusive of GST) and relates to cable laying with digging works in Gujarat.
Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities. The execution timelines are stated to be “as per the contract”.
The company clarified that neither order falls under related party transactions and that the promoter, promoter group or group companies have no interest in the awarding entities.
Expanding Presence in Power and Solar Segments
Desco Infratech Limited has built its core execution capabilities in the City Gas Distribution (CGD) segment, undertaking steel pipeline laying, MDPE network deployment and last-mile connectivity projects across several states.
In recent years, the company has sought to diversify into power and renewable-linked infrastructure. The latest contracts in cable laying and solar EPC-related services may strengthen its order book within these adjacent verticals, adding to its domestic project pipeline.
