Mumbai, May 20: Dhara Rail Projects has secured a railway maintenance contract worth ₹1.32 crore from the Ministry of Railways for miscellaneous non-core work in non-AC coaches at CRW Mancheswar, according to an exchange filing.
The company said the order was awarded by the Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer at the Carriage Repair Workshop (CRW), Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The scope of work includes miscellaneous non-core activities linked to non-AC railway coaches. The contract carries a total value of ₹1,32,16,845.63, including GST.
Dhara Rail added that the project is scheduled to be executed over a period of 24 months.
The company also clarified that neither promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority and that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions as defined under SEBI regulations.
The latest order adds to the company’s railway maintenance and support services portfolio at a time when Indian Railways continues to focus on coach refurbishment, operational upgrades and maintenance outsourcing across workshop facilities.
