Dhruv Consultancy Wins ₹8.34 Crore Highway Consultancy Contract; Shares Rise

Mumbai, June 5: Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd said it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd (MPRDC) for consultancy services related to the Ujjain Jaora Access Controlled Greenfield Highway project.

According to the company’s exchange filing dated June 5, 2026, the contract has been awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) framework for the role of Independent Engineer on the highway project in Madhya Pradesh.

The company said the contract was secured through a joint bidding arrangement involving Dhruv Consultancy Services, Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt Ltd, and VKI Infrabuild Pvt Ltd.

The project carries a contract value of ₹8.34 crore inclusive of taxes, excluding GST.

Project Execution To Span Four Years

Dhruv Consultancy said the total project duration is 48 months, comprising 24 months of construction and 24 months of defect liability period (DLP).

The company is required to furnish a performance security deposit within 15 days of issuance of the LOA and complete contractual formalities as per the bid document.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions, the filing added.
