Dilip Buildcon Secures ₹268 Crore Gujarat EPC Project; Shares Slip 0.45%

Dilip Buildcon received a ₹268 crore EPC river infrastructure project from the Gujarat government, while the stock ended marginally lower on May 22.

Mumbai, May 22: Dilip Buildcon said it has received a letter of award worth ₹268 crore for a river infrastructure project in Gujarat through its joint venture entity DBL-RBL (JV).
The company disclosed in an exchange filing that the contract has been awarded by the Narmada Water Resources Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat.
According to the filing, the project involves designing and construction of a Ged barrage, protection works and associated infrastructure across the Sabarmati River between Hirpura barrage and Lakroda weir in Gujarat’s Sabarkantha district.
The contract has been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis and carries a completion timeline of 24 months.
As per the project details shared by the company, the scope also includes operation and maintenance responsibilities for a period of 10 years after construction.
Dilip Buildcon clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. The promoter group has no interest in the awarding authority.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dilip Buildcon share price closed at ₹430.90 on the NSE on May 22, 2026, down 0.45% from the previous close of ₹432.85.
The stock traded between ₹426.80 and ₹434.25 during the session, reflecting volatile movement despite the fresh project win announcement.
