Mumbai, April 23: Dynamic Cables Limited has entered into a manufacturing agreement with US-based TS Conductor Corp.

As per a regulatory filing, the partnership allows the company to manufacture high-performance conductors using specialised carbon core technology. They are designed to carry more power, reduce energy loss and improve efficiency across transmission networks.

In practical terms, this means Dynamic Cables is positioning itself in a space where demand is rising, especially as grids are being upgraded and renewable energy capacity expands.

Stock Market Snapshot

Dynamic Cables share price reflected the market’s approval of the development on April 23, 2026.

The stock traded at ₹371.12, up 6.52% as of 13:47 IST, compared to the previous close of ₹348.39.

What The Agreement Actually Means

The structure of the deal is fairly straightforward but strategically important.

TS Conductor will supply the core material and provide access to its patented technology. Dynamic Cables, in turn, will manufacture the finished conductors at its Indian facility. The agreement runs for an initial 12 months, with renewal built in subject to mutual consent.

Pricing will vary depending on project requirements, input costs and execution timelines, which is typical for this kind of industrial arrangement.

The technology-led collaboration gives Dynamic Cables access to a product category that commands higher value and is increasingly relevant for modern power systems.

Why This Segment Matters

High Temperature Low Sag conductors are gaining traction because they solve a key problem.

Instead of building new transmission lines, utilities can upgrade existing infrastructure to carry more power.

This opens up opportunities with a wide set of customers, from national grid operators to state utilities and renewable energy developers.

Company Background

Dynamic Cables Limited manufactures power cables and conductors used across transmission and distribution networks.

Over the years, it has built a presence in supplying to utilities and infrastructure projects. The shift toward advanced conductors reflects a broader push to move beyond standard products and into more specialised offerings.
