Emkay‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Global Financial Services to Allot Non Convertible Debentures via Private Placement

December 9, 2025: The Management Committee of Board at its meeting held today i.e., December 09, 2025, considered and approved the issue of NCDs through a private placement. The company’s Management Committee has approved this strategic financial initiative, which aims to raise ₹54 crore from eligible investors. The meeting started at 11:00 AM (IST) and concluded at 12:00 PM (IST).

Important Details About the NCD Issue

A total of 5,400 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000, will be issued. These senior, unsecured, listed, rated, transferable, and redeemable NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited. The tentative allotment date is December 18, 2025, with maturity set for December 18, 2027, making the instrument a two-year tenor. 

The NCDs will carry a fixed-rate coupon, with interest payable half-yearly, and principal to be repaid in a bullet repayment at maturity. No security or charge is created over the assets, and there are no special rights or privileges attached to the instrument. The issue has been reaffirmed with a [ICRA] BBB+ (Positive) credit rating
